Title: 4 reasons to learn a new language John Mcworther starts his TED talk saying that English is the most important language in the world giving some real examples and making a comparison with Chinese that even though in China there're a high level of population in the world, still English is the most spoken language in the world. And so with this he adds how important is to speak another language that isn't english for a better future and one of the main reasons is that a language channels your thoughts. Another reason that he hates is that if you want to become part of a new culture or a new country, you have to control at some point the language from that country to really get involved into it. And the last reason he gave to the public is that its shown by researchers that a person that speaks another language more than English, is probably a better multitasker. He finishes his talk by saying how much a foreign language can help you to get better jobs and to work for any kind of internationals company or industries. Carlota Campa
