This vidio talk about the diferents types of telephones. There are two importants companies in the world,Apple and Android. Apple works with a new software (safari) and android works with google. The differences in all is that the apple is a telephone which all the information it's more private than the android. If the police wants to explore an iphone it's more difficult than an android, and for that is the cause that an iphone is more expensive than an android. The persons wants and prefers their privacy but not all can buy an iphone. This vidio discuts that all persons both richs and poors have to have their privacy dipending the price.
Finally Christopher Soghoian say that after doing a vidio call we have to cover the webcam, because there are persons criminalists,disturbed,etc... That can spy you through the webcam and that is dangerous for our lifes.

Then he sets the example of a lotus flower that he throws as slaves of a ship. This is used to refer to Americans who are black, that is, to end racism. Also, uses different talks about the number of blacks who have died in the United States in the hands of whites people. Islamophobia Killed my Brother, by Suzanne Barakat (Andrea Alberdi) 7-11-16
Suzanne Barakat talks about the Islamophobia. She wants to help in the ending of hate to the musulmans, and she thinks the best way of doing it is by explaining a story she knows very well.
The story she explains is about how a neighbor of his brother killed him and his wife and sister-in-law by shooting at them in their own house just because they were musulmans. This happened on February 10, 2015 in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.
Suzanne said that the murder committed a hate crime. She tries to explain how she and her's family feel about the crime and the small repercussion it have had. She wants to encourage people to stop the hate and make people know how his brother died so they can support musulmins agains the racist.

4 reasons to learn a new language (Maria Ticó)
John McWhorter claims that nowadays English is becoming more important
due to globalization: we all try to speak it because it's the language of
finance, the Internet, air traffic control… In fact, although we all know mandarin
Chinese is the language that has more speakers in the world, studies have shown
that there are more Chinese people learning English than English people
learning Chinese. In addition, it is predicted that by the end of this century,
there will just be some hundreds of languages left, plus the fact that we will
have instant translation. McWhorter makes us wonder why would we want to learn
a new language then?
The answer lays in many reasons: firstly, he points out that a language
channels your thoughts, so it's better to have a worldview over more than one
language. Secondly, when you move to a new country, you tend to want to
assimilate their customs and culture. One way to do that is by learning their
native language, so you have something in common with the people who are not foreigners.
Another reason is that it is demonstrated that if you speak two or more
languages, you are less likely to have dementia and you will probably be a
better multitasker, so that proves that bilingualism is healthy. Furthermore,
languages are fun, you may find some difficulties when you are learning them but
when you do, you enjoy the variations that make them special. Finally, the last
reason he gives us is that we have reached a point where we don't have to assist
a class to learn a new language, for you can study at home by your own by just
having your computer and some useful webs, such as Rosetta Stone, Glossika or Dilbert.,
whenever you want to and however you want to.
To conclude, I'd like to add the quote he used to finish his talk:
"Languages won't change your mind, but they will certainly blow your
mind". We should try to learn new languages because it's the best time to
do it, it's fun and practical.

Sanford Biggers is a conceptual artist, who wants to express their conversations difficult and hard to through painting, sculpture, the filmed material and direct in action. But regardless of these media, their favorites are the story and dialogue.
In 2007 I think the "Lotus" is a work of 2 meters in diameter, that represents a flower of Lotus of 272 kg in glass. This symbol belongs to the Buddhism of transcendence, represents the purity of mind and spirit. But if you look more closely, we can see that in each petal is a cross section of a slave ship. It represents the British slavery.
To create the lotus have carved more than 6000 figures., to create the Eagle Academy for young people, a school for black and Latino students.
I taught a figure where you shoot, and explains that many black have dead in hands of the police. To destroy them returns to recreate and bathes them in bronze carrying the brands of its violent creation by way of wounds or scars of war.

Corruption Meet Global's Hidden Players, by Charmian Gooch (Lluís Baldirà)
Charmian Gooch: Corruption MEET GLOBAL'S HIDDEN PLAYERS
When we imagine corruption, it tends to be a minister or despot of a small overseas nation, living in fabulous luxury. Charmian lists a few perfect examples of this behaviour. However, these people cannot operate without support from the rest of the world. Their mansions and art purchases are arranged through global banks, and despots in oil-rich nations must do deals with the largest oil companies.
Many corrupt leaders make their profits through anonymous shell companies, which they secretly own. They are commonly used around the world to avoid paying taxes, but can also be used steal massive amounts of money from poor countries. A recent example involved Democratic Republic of Congo selling off state owned mining assets to a shell company, which quickly sold them for massive profits. The people of Congo lost $1.3 billion from these deals – more then twice their education and health budgets combined. Charmian investigated the deal but many of the details are locked away in the shell companies.
There’s a view that corruption just happens, and it is impossible to change. But 2/3 of oil & mining companies (by value) are now covered by a transparency standard because groups demanded it. In a globalized world, corruption is a global business that needs solutions right here.

Drawings Showing the Beauty and Fragility of the Earth, by Zaria Forman (Albert Puig)
“ZARIA FORMAN: DRAWINGS SHOWING THE BEAUTY AND FRAGILITY OF THE EARTH”
Zaria Forman is an artist and uses visual art to connect people with the impact of the climate change. Zaria Form has always lived surrounded by an artistic atmosphere and has grown to love the earth, then her mission in life is to warn people of such a serious problem as climate change but in a very special way: through the photographs that to in his travels, she realized drawings (some nearly full scale) made from chalk and her hands in showing the beauty of the landscape, so people to contemplate the beauty of our world came to be made aware of the problem resulting and increasingly it affects us more.
She started this mission to make several trips to areas of the world in great danger from climate change as northern Arctic, southern Ecuador and recently Greenland in which he could experience through an expedition led by herself, the real problems of melting icebergs as it could affect us in the not too distant future.
Finally I can only say that I decided to make my comment about this video in particular because I believe that climate change is a problem that affects us more than we think and can affect our lives and our environment in a way that we are not able to see, other than Zaria Forman shows us the best way possible is art.

Why genetic research must be more diverse, by Keolu Fox (Aina Castelló)
Keolu Fox
is a Hawaiian that when he was little he was curious about a illness, leprosy, that affect a Hawaiian colony,
Kakaupapa.
He wanted to know more about this disease that affect that community. When he grow up realizes that all of the genetic medical investigations are only with European ancestry, specifically a 95% and only a 1% are with tribes. He proposes to make a genetic research more native. So for that shows us a little “computer” that can do the same function us in the laboratory with genomes sequenced but not with the same precision.
In conclusion he wants a genetic investigation for the Hawaiian people, because there’s not much investigation.

Clues to prehistoric times, found in blind cavefish (Carles Nicolás)
In this video the author explains the meaning of "YOLO" that is we only lives one time. For this reason the author wants to see the hidden wonders of the world and discovering new species.
He explains that all vertebrates do, they lose their eyes and their eyesight until the end up like an eyeless cavefish like this one here.
Actually each cavefish species has evolved in a slightly different way and each one has a unique geological and biological story to tell us and that's why it's so exciting when we find a new species.
Then, they start to diverge when the Ohio River split them a few million years ago and in that time they developed these subtle differences in the genetic architecture behind their blindness.
In conclution he explain that he wants to save these fishes called cavefishes because according to him these fishes can tell usabout the geology and biology of the planet.

4 reasons to learn a new language (Carlota Campa)
Title: 4 reasons to learn a new language
John Mcworther starts his TED talk saying that English is the most important language in the world giving some real examples and making a comparison with Chinese that even though in China there're a high level of population in the world, still English is the most spoken language in the world. And so with this he adds how important is to speak another language that isn't english for a better future and one of the main reasons is that a language channels your thoughts.
Another reason that he hates is that if you want to become part of a new culture or a new country, you have to control at some point the language from that country to really get involved into it. And the last reason he gave to the public is that its shown by researchers that a person that speaks another language more than English, is probably a better multitasker. He finishes his talk by saying how much a foreign language can help you to get better jobs and to work for any kind of internationals company or industries.

Economically, on one hand, the technology increases the economy and also the quality, and would reduce prices. On the other hand, the evolution of the society because there is not work and fatigue. Costs of labor will be reducing. Andrew Mcafee think as a possible solution is an entry minimum to face the replacement.
The education is another solution for the problems. He believes things will get better, so is optimistic. He says: “Abraham Lincoln stated that if given the truth it can depend on them to face any national crisis.

In 2006, James Risen, a reporter for the New York Times, wrote the book State of War, which holds that the National Security Agency US (NSA, for its acronym in English) was intervening telephone calls of citizens. The US government demanded that Risen testify against one of his alleged sources. However, the First Amendment to the Constitution protects the right of journalists to publish classified information, whether it is in the public interest. Risen refused to testify. In 2015, the government stopped demanding Risen to testify. Prosecutors had illegally obtained the records of your phone and email as well as information on their bank accounts and travel, which used to convict Jeffrey Sterling, the alleged CIA informant Risen. "We run the risk that the press can not do the job that the First Amendment is supposed to protect because of the large volume of government spy." "Governments around the world are constantly developing new techniques of espionage that put us all at risk ". As government surveillance progresses, the media can not perform checks and balances under the protection of the First Amendment. However, there has been a strong surveillance technology, which allows journalists to protect their anonymous sources; for example, securedrop, a platform of open source software, which allows people to upload documents securely and anonymously to the website of a newspaper way. Unfortunately, technology monitoring governments around the world is getting more advanced time.Society needs to create simple tools for reporting, for anyone-not just technology experts like Edward Snowden- can expose abuse within a company or society feasible and safe manner. In the background, the First Amendment does not protect the rights of informants, but also those of all US citizens.

The video it’s quite short. It is a group of African - American people dancing and one speaker, who explain the history about the bob stile and the music.
The Bop is a stile of social dance. Dance is a language and a social dance is an expression from a community.
Bop stile is an African - American stile and an important tradition; with grow up to much quickly. The speaker commented that the present always contains the past, and the past said who we are and who we will be are. This sentence it is really important, because it’s important to remember the history of the black people. For this reason we need to do and practice ours traditions, to remember whom we are.
Cakewalk it’s inside the Bop stile, it was a performance. Charleston it is a variety of this stile of music, was very important and polemic in 1923. In the more casual social group context, individual dancers may choose to dance "alone", improvising in response to the music or copying dancers around them. Secondly, the Bee´s knees, is a stile that needs to move the legs. Continuously started the twist, that was a famous movement, who did everyone. The history continuous, and this stile become in a Hip-Hop. We dance to move ours bodies and express emotion.

10 ways to have a better conversation (Maria Ticó)
The speaker, Celeste Headlee, makes the audience realize that we live in a world where conversation is very important because nowadays they can develop into an argument and have both sides fighting.
In fact, a study proves that at this moment, people are more divided than we have ever been in history due to different causes: firstly, we don't listen to each other; secondly, we tend to make decisions based on what we already belief.
The speaker says most teenagers are more likely to text their friends than to talk to them face to face. By that, they are not developing their comunication skills.
These are some advices she gives for a better conversation (entertain or inspire people without offending anybody):
1- Do not multitask, put yourself really into the conversation and don't get distracted by what you are going to do afterwards.
2- Don't give your opinion without being opened up to hear the other's. You need to enter a conversation assuming you are going to learn something from it.
3- Start your questions with who/what/when/where/how, you don't want yes/no answers.
4- Go with the flow. When you have a thought in your mind, say it out loud. Don't hold your questions for too much.
5- If you don't know something, say you don't know it. Don't play expert.
6- Don't equate your expierence with their's. All experiences are individual and at that moment, your's is not the one that matters.
7- Try not to repeat yourself because you will make them feel bored.
8- Leave the details out (unless they ask you to give them).
9- The number 1 MOST IMPORTANT skill: LISTEN. If your mouth is opened, you don't learn. Why don't we listen? Because we'd rather talk or we get distracted. Pay attention to the other person and intend to understand.
10- Be brief and interested in other people. Be always prepared to be amazed. 'Everyone you will ever meet knows something that you don't.

The video that I watched is about a woman that explains about a terrorism attack experience in a train and how happened. She said that she wasn't expecting that at all because the terrorist didn't seem like a bad person, when she was in the train the terrorist offered her a sit. She also mentions what she felt when she was down in the tunel when the bomb exploted and that she learnt how to be a survivour by keeping calm and trying to be strong when it all happened. She was one of the few people who actually survived to the terrorism attack and even though she lost her two legs, she says that she wouldn't change that experience for anything because she learnt more about being positive than ever before.

This video talks about the differents types of dances. They say that we dance for lose, we dance for to express ,to move and we dance together because it´s like a language, the same language and a lot of countrys can “talk” and “communicate” with this form.
There are some types of dances that we dance know that there were taken from the past and their originality it´s from Africa or E.E.U.U.
It´s the only language that all the world know to do.
Also there are dances that are lost in the past and in this instant nobody know to dance and only the people who dance this is in some specifics islands from Africa(Jamaican) where the “Tribus” know to dance on the past and know nobody dance. But also there are an others dances that know the people is continuing dancing.
When the people dance it´s because they are happy and they love to laugh in group and pass a good time with the people that they are envolving.

DAN ARIELY : WHAT MAKES YOU FEEL GOOD ABOUT YOUR WORK?
Dan Ariely explain the importance of the motivation in the the jobs.
Initialy explain a one example of a man who climbing a mountain and explain that the motivation who inspired the men to continue climb is climbing the mountain, no who good feels to climb the mountain.
After that, explain an experiment whose is based to build legos in differents prices. In first case people build lego to 3 $. After that cost 2.75 and every time cost less until the people don't accept build one. Ariely explain that the people who loves Lego doesn't care about the Price to build a Lego and the people who don't liked a lot prefered the maxim benefeit economy. In this experiment Ariely shows the people prefer money than be happy of build legos
After that , they're an other experiment who explained the motivation of people in three diferents points of view :
The first point of view is based of people work and his work is recognized ,people is more motivated and perfectly work for less money
The second point of view is based of the work of people is ignored people isn't motivated and work for a lot of money because they don't have any motivation.
The third point of view is based of the work are destroyed like if all the work they have in a time didn't serves for nothing. In this case they don't exist the motivation and the effort and the price to work is more expensive than the second case.
The finally of this experiment is explain that the most important thing in a work is the personal are motivating because if the people is don't motivating all effort who a lot of people done in a work is don't recognized and this provoque a big empty in the people.
The bosses should to recognized and interesed more in the effort who people have in the works because if the bosses don't valorate the workers the people only work for money and this is very sad.
Finally Ariely explain the difference between the idea of Adam Smith and Karl Marx. Ariely explain that the economic productive system of Adam Smith is fact for the industrial period. For this reason Ariely think that the idea of work of today is based more on the meaningful of Karl Marx who explain that the importance of work is not the money who recibes, the importance of work is the personal satisfaction who recibes to doing a work who liked, and likely this motivation you're a lot more productive because you're feel motivated. Beatbox brilliance | Tom Thum | TEDxSydney
Thom Thum is a beatboxer from Australia ( Brisbane). The conference begins with a demostration of what can he do with his voice for example making the soundtrack of a Michael Jackson song (Billie Jean) . After that, Thom explains where is he from and he talks about the inconvenients to do what he want in live living in his birthplace. After this introduction , the beatboxer tries to ilustrate the public making beatbox, the places that he went to succeed whith the market of the thousand and one voices. He make representative sounds of India, which is the first place that he went to find beatboxing jobs. The second place was China and after that, he makes a big jump and wents to Germany.
After he ilustrates the places that he went they show to the public a Dj Controller called PAD. What Thom does whith PAD is produce voices saving in the controller for make a remix of the records that he does. The inspiration that he found to do this incredible shows was in Australia. One day, Thom wents to a bar near home. He was drinking a beer and suddenly a jazz band starts playing music. The beatboxer thoughts if he can do all the voices that we want, he can make an orchestra and make shows doing for example a jazz show with his voice. And this is what he does in Ted X with PAD. He record all the sounds of a jazz band, like trumpets, saxos, drums and also he simulates a Jazz Man singing.
And this is what he does Tom Thum, armed with just a microphone, pushes the limits of the human voice to create incredible soundtranks of impossible beats and phenomenal sounds.

James Green: 3 moons and a planet that could have alien life
James Green, a
NASA scientist, explains us that as a planetary scientist that the question: -Is
there life beyond Earth in our solar system? - they don’t take very seriously until
this notice. He says that the components for life are liquid water, energy and
organic material but also have it for a long time for grow and evolve.
James didn’t believe
that life could exist life beyond earth, for example planets that are next to
the sun there’s to hot and warm and planets that are passing the earth there’s
cold and the water is frozen. But investigating they found four exceptions,
Mars, Titan, Europa and Enceladus. In Mars, there is water that flows in to the
craters in summer, Enceladus create an ocean, and they found particles that
prove that could be complex life in this moon and the same pass in Europa. This
too moons are not the traditional place to live but they have liquid water and, if
they’re organics, life could exist in this planets.
The other
moon, Titan, is a Saturn’s moon. This moon have an atmosphere with nitrogen
that the radar Cassini found, and also found liquid, but it’s not water it’s
another type of liquid, methane that could replace water.
Finally this
incredible scientist says that in approximately ten years the question will be solved,
and if the answer is yes, the life will be in all the solar system.

Ken robinson: Do schools kill creativity?
The video I have seen it's about creativity at school, explain de extraordinary virtudes of childs at innovation. Ken explain that children aren't frightened about be wrong, in difference of adults that are scared about do things bad, so in this way childs are more original and more creative, but also says that childs go losing this virtud in the course of years because education teach that having a mistake is the worst thing you can make. He observe that every education system on earth has the same hierarchy of subjects, first maths and languages, and at the bottom are the arts. Says that our education system is predicated on the idea of academy ability, the reason is that the most useful subjects for work are at the top. He think that every person it's different and they can't study and practice the same because one are good in things that other aren't. A new superweapon in the fight against cancer (Marta Cardeñes)
A new superweapon in the fight against cancer
Cancer affects all of us, especially the ones that come back over and over again. Engineering at the molecular level, working at the smallest of scales, can provide exciting new ways to fight the most aggressive forms of cancer. There are some forms of cancer, cancers that come to heal with treatment, and there are others that even with the strongest treatment can be cured.
Genes within the tumor cells can activate i encode new ways to survive allowing the cancer cell to survive even with our best treatment. Paula Hammond explains how to build a nanoparticle to kill the cancer cell. But our body has an immune defense system and believe that these nanoparticles are strange.
The experiment did with animals, with hard work and effort, researchers researchers have succeeded in reducing the tumor and in some cases have come to eliminate it.
Evan Grant: Making sound visible through cymatics
Making sound visible through cymatics
Evan Grant is a creative technoligist that is investigating a subject called cynematic, that consist in represent sound by vibrating sand and water. He also put the example of the people that started estuding the cynematic from the begining for example Da vinci, Galileo, Robert Hook and Ernest Chladani that using a piece of metal covered with sand and making diferent kinds of vibrations he saw that the sand picked diferent forms.
In the oceanografi, the lenguage of the dolphins is being creted by using the diferent frequencies that the dolphins emit and in the future we will be able to understand them.
He also show some vidieos using diferents song like Beethoven's Ninth Symphony, or "Machine" of Pink Floyd and how those songs created diferents forms with they vibrations. We can use cynematic to create diferent forms that are on the nature for example a snowflake and a starfish, he also thinks that if we can create snowflakes with cynematic how would be the univers and how it was formed.

Kenneth Lacovara: Hunting for dinosaurs showed me our place in the universe
This TedTalk is about a guy who started to look for dinosaurs and he discovered a new one which is eight or nine times bigger than a T-Rex, it's a very large animal that can't even fold down, because he would die.
He wanted to explain in the TedTalk that he found why we are in the earth, and it's thanks to a very small probability, which won't happen again if the world reseted the history, but we had the luck of evolving in that way from the dinosaurs extintion to now.
He explained that we have to apreciate what we have, because in the universe there is no another history like the earth one. Milions of other planets are out there, but only our planet have this history, and we have to apreciate it.
This TedTalk made me think a lot, but honestly is the worst i've read since we started to watch TedTalks, because it was hard to understand and with very tecnical vocabulary.
LIVING WITH LESS IS MUCH BETTER, by Graham Hill (Marc Leirado)
Graham hill , says that every day people have to buy many things to have more stuff , until the point that those things don't even fit inside their houses , and people look for more space to put their properties.
This causes many negative effects: like for example waste money unnecesarly. But the worst thing is that without realizing what we are doing with all our stuff we still have the same level of happiness.
Therefore the best way of living is having less things , having the ones you need , and have more freedoms that benefits us economically.
Graham hill , explains us his case , he wanted to live in manhattan in a big house , with a big office , and a lot of space to bring guests , etc. But in the end he had to stay in a small flat of 30 meters2 in manhattan. In his new flat he is very happy even though it has small dimensions.
This man says that when you have little space we should think of thi three things:
1) if we really need the things we want to buy , think if it is necessary or not to be happy.
2) we also have to think of how many things do we need , for example , how many chairs , cd's , movies, ... do we need , do we need so much ?
3) if we should buy multipurpose furniture to save space , like for example closer beds , extendable tables , ...
In conclusion , he proposes all this for us to figure out if we really need so much. If we could change something about our life , if we need more liberty , or more time, we have to make space for good things to enter our lifes.

How germs travel on planes –and how we can stop them, by Raymond Wang (Maria De Las Heras)
Raymond
Wang, has made a study of how to avoid germs that we spend on a
plane. He
became interested in the subject, when he hear talk about the Ebola.
He
believes, that we spent germs when we breathe , and that is why he
has sought a solution to we can all breathe easy. The solution
consists of: create walls of air that come down in-between the
passengers to create personalized breathing zones.
This
actually works is we would install the piece of composite material
into these existing spots that are already in the plane . So it’s
very cost-effective to install and we can do this directly overnight.
All we have to do is put a couple of screws in there and you’re
good to go. And the results are absolutely amazing.

This Ted Talk is about that moment, when a mom has to explain how humans, dogs, cats, and also frogs, have children, and eggs in case of the frogs.
This mom, first explain how frogs did, and then the girl, whose name is Mulan and has 9 years old, stay shocked and asked how do humans, a boy and a girl. And the mum explains that each girl has their own pond, and then the men fecundate it. But this situation turns very strange when the daughter said that the girls and the boys can´t be without clothes at the same moment, and together, and the mum said that when people turns very old, the situation comes.
While the Ted Talk the daughter asks more questions and Julia Sweeney, has to explain how explains, and finnally both search in internet, how the dogs and cats mating.
I really like this Ted Talk because is very funny and explains a true situation, with comedy.

This Ted talk it's about how de animation in 3D can help the scientifics to their hypothesis, because with the animation you can see the theories better than a draw in a paper. For example an animation that can help the scientifics with a cure to the VIH. an a creation of a programe that can be use to create animations in 3D to be used to explain the hypotesis, because some of the scientifics don't have a lot of time to do this, and this programe help their to do it faster.
The reporting system that sexual assault survivors want, by Jessica Ladd (Elisa Ramos)
This video explains the situation of a girl called Hannah that was a sexual assault victim. Jessica explained this situation of hanna because on in 5 women an one un 13 men will be sexually assaulted during their college career in the United States. Less than 10 % will ever report their assault to their school or the police. On average, those who do report wait 11 months. 90% of sexual assaults are committed by repeat offenders. Only 6% of sexual assault reported to police end with the assailant spending a single day in prison, meaning that there’s a 99% chance that they will get away with it. This means there is practically no deterrent to sexual assault in the US.
That’s the reason to create an application where the people can report or explain whats happened to they. With this application they could prevent 59% of assaults from ever occurring.

Teach Teachers How To Create Magic
Christopher Emdin
In this talk Christopher starts describing different types of educators, The first people he describes are teachers that are planning their classes with education theory, lesson plans, how to graduate their students properly,..
Afterwards, he describes folks who know the skills about how to teach and engage an audience, that's why he calls them powerful educators. These master teachers, master narrative builders, master storytellers are far removed from classrooms. They got proper preparation in teaching, not in any college or university, but by virtue of just being in the same spaces of those who engage, such as barber shops, rap concerts, and in the black church, They all hold the secret magic to enthrall and to teach at the same time, and according to him, it's a skill we often don't teach to educators.
For instance, the preacher bangs on the pulpit for attention, and those things are the skills that we need for the most engaging teachers. Emdin complains about teacher's education since it only gives you theory and tells you about standards which are things that have nothing to do with the basic skills that you need to engage an audience or a student. He adds that content and theories with the absence of the magic of teaching and learning means nothing.
According to him, this magic can be taught by allowing people to go into those spaces where the magic is happening. You've got to view those folks that have the power to engage and just take notes on what they do.
However, there are also teachers who have those skills, get into those schools and are able to engage an audience.
Finally, he assures that if we could transform teacher education to focus on teaching teachers how to create that magic,we would be able to make dead classes come alive, to reignite imaginations and to change education.
This is one of my favorite TED talks , and in my opinion, this is what all the teachers should do for the students to not get bored in class, and to enjoy more being at school.

The reporting system that sexual assault survivors want - Jessica Ladd
This Ted Talk is about systems to help sexual assault survivors, to report them easily and to avoid violations because in the USA one in five women and one in thirdteen men are sexually assaulted during their college career and the 99% of the offenders get away unpunished.
In her speech, Jessica Ladd explains that she has created a plataform for college campuses but that it could also be used in other areas as in the workplace.
That plataform consist in a website that lets you reporting by internet, writing your experience and saving it until you need it or the most outstanding thing, keep the name of the offender as another person writes the same, as they often are reincidents, that name would be sent to police to be investigated.
I think that this initiative is interesting and a good idea, it would bring support to 'survivors' and encourage people to report when something like this happens to them.

The
reporting system that sexual assault survivors want
Jessica speaks about the sexual assault in the
university and a new solution for report the assaulters.
She explain the problems in the American university’s
and say that the big part of the sexual violation not appear never and this is
a hard problem for the girls that live in the campus. But Jessica has a
solution, a new tool for the sexual assaults, this consist a website with the
information of the students and the people that suffered a violation, can
report this person and if have two complaints the website send a message to the
police and they act according to the facts.
With this new tool can be avoided by 59% of
the aggressions and this is a very good solution for this terrible problem.

Jessica Ladd:The reporting system that sexual assault survivors want(Adrià Castellví)
Jessica explain a system to help people who had been assaulted, and people who haven't been assaulted yet.
The idea is encourage the people to report the sexual assaults immediately in a webpage in a application for phone that Jessica propose, in that web the information will be safe, and has a particular way to do thinks.
If someone assault somebody ( If Mike assault Deborah ) when Deborah report it ,Mike will be on file on the web confidently but if Mike assault somebody else (by example Jenny), and Jenny report also, the web will put on contact Deborah and Jenny and also will join the two reports and send it to the police that will be prepared to take some actions with that people to they can't get away whit it so easy.
With this we obtain many thinks, we avoid that people like Mike who has been assaulted sexual before and then he assault sexualy other people Stop assault repeaters. Also we obtain that people like Jessica will never been assault. And avoid other bad people assault other people and get away with it because the police will be waiting for that kind of people and make a reaction.
With this Jessica says that 59% of the sexual assaults will be prevented just stoping repairers more earlier. It's a system of information escrow like social security.
The main idea of that system is give one place where the survivors recibe the support and justice that they deserve with the authorities have the information that they need, in the firs place to research the case and interference where they consider.
In my personal opinion I think that I like the idea but I will speak first with the people who assault sexual other people maybe they aren't conscious of his actions, justice can't be broken but before to claim justice be more human and gentle and speak with that person and give another opportunity and after that report to the police and they will do all they consider necessary.
Thanks for reading, and for your time I hope that you have enjoy it like me.

Clint Smith starts his Ted Talk with a powerful quote by Martin Luter
King “In the end, we will remember not the words of our enemies but the
silence of our friends.”
What he tries to explain with this quote is that
things that we don’t say matter even more than the things we say.
Moreover, he says that we all have had those moments when we hear or see
something that we know is not right but instead of speaking up and let the
others know our opinion, we just remain silent, because we are afraid of what
other people are going to think or say about us. He highlights that this is a
very selfish act because we are thinking about ourselves or our own benefit
instead of thinking what the other person is feeling.
He concludes that we shouldn’t do that and reminds us that our voice is
powerful and we should use it to change the world for the better or at least,
try it.

How we'll find life on other planets, by Aomawa Shields (Alex Tallada)
Aomawa
Shields: How we'll find life on other planets
Astronomer
Aomawa Shields is looking for another planet in the universe where
life can exists she is looking
for planets that orbit at the right distance from
there stars, and searching the one of thoose planets that can have
water on his surface. She puts the example of Venus that is a
beatifull planet, but have a temperature of 500cº because of his
atmosphere so she is searching planets that are fare away from us,
she put the example of
Kepler-62f
,
that have water on his surfacea and It's
1,200 light years away, and is 40 times more larger than Earth.
She also says that Ice
on a planet is also important for clime that absorbs longer the red
of the radiation of the lightt, and blue light
that's why we see the iceberg in blue. She also have and
organitzation called Rising
Stargirls, that teaches astronomy to middle-school girls of color
