Suzanne Barakat talks about the Islamophobia. She wants to help in the ending of hate to the musulmans, and she thinks the best way of doing it is by explaining a story she knows very well.
The story she explains is about how a neighbor of his brother killed him and his wife and sister-in-law by shooting at them in their own house just because they were musulmans. This happened on February 10, 2015 in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.
Suzanne said that the murder committed a hate crime. She tries to explain how she and her's family feel about the crime and the small repercussion it have had. She wants to encourage people to stop the hate and make people know how his brother died so they can support musulmins agains the racist.
