CLINT SMITH: THE DANGER OF SILENCE

“In the end we will not remember the Word about enemies but the silence about friends”.

Clint Smith is a teacher. He is telling us that the silence can be very dangerous. In his classroom he has four basic principles for his students, read critically, write consciously, speak clearly and tell your true.

He says that we have to sacrificate something values to demonstrate to God that we understand his sanctity. He stopped drinking sodas, going to the McDonald’s and all of things like that. But one year he gave up speak. He thought that it was the most values that he can sacrificed but he realized that he had sacrificated his voice a long time ago because he said always what the people wanted to hear.

He found out that the silence is the residue of fear.

So this year instead of giving something up, he will life every day  as if I had a microphone under my tongue.
