Daniel Levitin: How to stay calm when you know you'll be stressed

In the stressed situations our boddy and mind react with a primity mentality. Our mind only use our most logicaly and obiusly acctions and don`t paying atention to other thinks beacause,in the past, the stressed situations where in front of depredators and our lives depend of reacting in time, then, knowing that, when whe are in a stressed situation firstly whe have to detected, then act allways thinking and been consciently what we need and what we whant. And for don't forgot thinks, whe must put them in specific places for don't forgot them, like a place for the reed glasses, or the passaport or ID card place.

Now a days a stressed situation is bee late at a plain, or don't arrive at work, thats why whe need to pay atention and detect that situations to get them undercontrol for don't get fail or do the thinks more efficiently and better using the same time and be stressedout.
